2 cups of orange juice
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1/3 cup of white vinegar
2 tblspns of powdered garlic
1 tspn of cinnamon
1 tspn of pepper
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of sherry
Blend liquids, add pinches and dissolve sugar in solution. Add sherry last. Mix well, allow to sit for at least three hours in fridge.
Apply to meat after cooking, by using sauce as a dip or brush on.
