Juicing For Health: Two of My Own Recipes

As of Today, I've been juicing for about 50 days. So far, I've lost about 24 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, [bad] cholesterol, blood sugar as well as increased my metabolism, and energy level.

The act of juicing has been a range of experiments, yielding some rather tasty (all be it funny looking) results.

Below are two of my favorite 'single-batch" recipes for juicing. The first one is good for weight loss as well as cleansing the liver and kidneys.

The second one is good for lowering blood sugars and stimulating proper pancreas function.

I always make a 1 part  water to 3 parts juice mix to cut the sugar.

9 Carrots
2 Granny Smith Apples
1 Beet
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
1/2 Thumb Ginger
2 Celery Stalks
1 1/2 cup of Spinach
