Mwalim's Vegetable Pulp & Beef Stew Recipe

Tonight while juicing, I had an idea. Sometimes I save the pulp from juicing to make bread and most of the time the remnant pulp goes into the compost bin for my garden. Tonight, after juicing carrots, celery, cilantro, ginger, beets and two kinds of apples, I took the free range stake that I was going to make for dinner, cut it up and made a stew with the vegetable pulp.

Pulp From:
14 Carrots
1 Beet
1 bunch of Cilantro

3 Stalks of Celery
2 MacIntosh Apples
2 Granny Smith Apples

Chopped:
1 Large Onion
several cloves of garlic minced
1 1/4 lb Angus Free-range steak, cubed for stewing

1 cup of Beef Broth
4 cups of Water
1 cup of Tomatoes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
